We have built a dedicated Odoo team: implementation, 1C migration, custom modules, reporting and mobile solutions. Here is what it changes for our clients.
Over the past two years more than half of our projects involved Odoo in one way or another: migrations from 1C, manufacturing implementations, custom modules and integrations. We have now made it a dedicated team.
What the practice covers
- Odoo implementation from scratch — from process audit to production use and support.
- Migration from 1C — master data, balances, BOMs and open documents, with a parallel run.
- Custom modules — development for processes the standard product does not cover.
- Reporting for accounting and management — statutory and management reports, printable documents.
- Mobile apps and scanning — warehouse, manufacturing, field staff, offline capable.
- Automation and integrations — accounting systems, banks, marketplaces, EDI, telephony.
How we work
Fixed stages with a clear deliverable at each: audit → prototype on real data → two-week sprints → go-live → support. The client sees a working system running on their own data before paying for the bulk of the implementation.
Support after go-live
A separate SLA contract: response to critical incidents, regular version updates, backups and monitoring. We maintain a staging environment where every update is verified before production.
